For new applications:
Please ensure you have read and meet the relevant eligibility criteria before making an application, even if you have applied before, as they may have changed since you last applied. We have two programmes - the NEW Luton Matters Fund and the United Kingdom Under-26 Fund - so be careful to apply to the appropriate one. Do not apply if you do not meet the criteria, as you will not be considered for a grant. We receive many more applications than we can fund and have no capacity to make exceptions for applications that do not quite fit the rules.
We have changed our funding programmes for 2025 and will be running them as pilots in the first year. Be aware, therefore, that the criteria is subject to change. However, any change in criteria will always be published ahead of time, and any applications submitted in good faith on previous criteria will be reviewed on that basis.
You do not need to complete your application all in one go. Your application will autosave so that you can return to complete it at a later date.
For submitted applications:
Although you will receive an email notification of any key decisions made in relation to your application, it is advisable to login from time to time to check for messages and monitor your progress. Please send any messages in relation to your application through the grants system and not in a normal email. Please do not send messages asking when your application will be progressed to the next stage as the Trust Manager is unlikely to have time to answer such messages. Timescales are as advertised on our website.
