Registration

Welcome to BenefactorCloud, the grants management database used by The Steel Charitable Trust.

Please register below with your email address and an 8+ character password that must contain a mix of upper/lower case letters, numbers and at least one symbol. After you have chosen an acceptable password, you will be sent an email that will contain a link for you to complete your registration. The email you receive will come from no-reply@steelcharitabletrust.co.uk. Please be aware that the email address you use for your login is the one to which all messages will be sent.

During the progress of any application you make, you will receive notifications to your registered email address to alert you to log into the system to check something or provide information. These notifications will also come from no-reply@steelcharitabletrust.co.uk, so you may want to add it to your safe senders list or you risk them ending up in your junk mail.

Registration is by user, but you must assign yourself to an organisation. If you are employed as a fundraiser for one organisation, please register under your work email address. If you later leave the organisation, ownership of any applications you made can be transferred to another member of staff before you leave.

If you are a freelance fundraiser for a number of organisations that use BenefactorCloud, assign your user account to the organisation for which you do the most work as your default - you will, however, be able to change this for each application you make.

When you submit these details you are expressly consenting to your personal data being held by us in accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy. All data entered in the application will be held under the same policy in accordance with the current General Data Protection Regulation.
